Overview
This contract provides for the enablement of communication between individuals, or groups of people, who either do not speak the same language, or have a degree of hearing loss. The services will be required on a 24/7/365 basis and must cover a variety of settings, including but not limited to legal, medical, and financial situations. The interpreting services will be both verbal (spoken) and written, with an emphasis on confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural competency.
